More New Additions from the Expo

I also bought these two. They both have insane feeding responses (which is probably to be expected with Rattlesnakes).

Uracoan Rattlesnake - Crotalus vegrandis.

Cascabel / Neotropical Rattlesnake - Crotalus durissus.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks guys! :-)

@Groenslang, the best way to gain confidence in handling hots is going for a handling course! ;) you'll learn a lot about safe handling techniques, which in turn will make you more comfortable.

@Louis, just a little, haha. Wish I could've gone back on the second day. Now we count down to the SOS Expo..

Louis had a veeery nice B. lateralis for sale for R1500 (was interested but haven't heard enough about them to try my hand), there were neonate and yearling Purple Mangroves for R550 and up, neonate White-lip Tree Vipers for as little as R95, there was one Variable Bush Viper for R2500 (tiny, but on pink heads), I only saw one Flat-nose Viper for R850 (I bought it) but apparently there was another bigger pair for R2400 :-)

Overall, Louis and Lee Crossingham had my favourite stands. Louis had some Moorish Vipers that were pretty tempting and Lee had some really nice Rattlesnakes.

Took some pics of my Cascabel today. Getting good tongue pictures of Rattlesnakes is easier than other types of snakes as they tend to leave their tongues out a lot longer than most other types of snakes.
