yet another please ID

Good day all
My dad sent me this picture he lives in nelspruit and would like me to please see if anyone on this site can identify this spider please.
Sorry for the bad quality picture. Would you also be able to tell me if this spider is dangerous to man.

Looks like one of the Crab spiders. Not dangerous to man.

Looks like Sparassidae Olios sp.

Also harmless. :)
