Hehe they are definately fiesty. Not 100% sure it was sold to me as a Southern but if i can remember clearly some people on this forum said it was the broadbanded copperhead due to its colours of its underbelly. But to me I adore this copperhead so don't mind what type it is but it is good to know tho. mm069 have you tried tubing your one yet with any luck?

Copperheads are so pretty. No matter which subspecies! I think your copperhead is a southern (or maybe a northern), but not a broad-banded because they have wide bands with alternating thin rings much like trans pecos copperheads.

Ask BV for some tubing advice. I'll bet you he's tubed about 1000 more snakes than me. if it involves safty and venomous snakes, ask a pro! He'll not only tell you what to do right, he'll tell you what not to do. ;)
