Pro HeatTM Radiant Panels

I’m in the never ending process of completing some new enclosures and now all I have to do is finish up the heating. I was looking at using the ceramic heat emitters connected to a thermostat. My only concern with these is the potential danger of starting a fire. I then started looking at using radiant heat panels like those supplied by Pro-products. I have now hunted high and low for these or something similar and can’t seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone know of a similar product available in South Africa or where you can find a very low wattage wall heater between 40 and 60 watts?

If you come right then please let me know as I have been looking for the same thing. The panels I have managed to find so far are not as good as the ones you are talking about.
