Hey guys its been a while lol
I have finally got a place to keep my snakes after much discussion with my parents and my friends parents we came to the conclusion that we will be keeping the snakes at my friends house YAY :D

So basically my friend and I have to build our "snake room" at the bck of the cottage basically there are two walls that are horizontal the space between the walls is about 1.4m long which is very small but im willing to work with that.

I just wanted to know should i put a tin roof on with a door or what pls help

Thanks a Mil

Make sure you insulate the roof. Lots of insulation. There is nothing worse than losing snakes because of a heat wave or a cold snap.

Hey man, I just did up a wendy house for my snakes heres a link to the thread. => http://www.sareptiles.co.za/forum/viewt ... c&start=15

Basically I insulated the ceiling and walls with a layer of Rhinotherm covered by ceiling board and made the room snake escape proof with lots of Polyfiller and PU Foam.
