This is the first time that your water mark spoilt the photo a bit. The subtle lines across the face are affected. I fully understand why you would do that. Stunning snake photographs.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

That is a breathtaking snake! The bokeh in the final photo is excellently rendered, how close did you have to be to achieve that? The colour reproduction is vivid and almost surreal. I would agree with Bushviper about the watermark though, in cases like this, you could get away with watermarking the less prominant part of the photo, but at the same time, I completely understand the need to retain your intellectual property.

I always keep a supply of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.
