Durban herping anyone?

Postby Jen » Mon Jul 05, 2010 8:04 pm

I'm inspired after Froot & Durban Keepers posts! Is anyone keen for herping on Sunday in the Durban region? Was thinking of Palmiet, though suggestions are welcome...

jen we have herped Palmiet a few times makes for difficult missions.
Ideally you want to go somewhere where there are items to flip like rocks, logs, wooden sheets debris anything as well as rocks, rock cracks cliffs.

Herping is often not the hard part it's often finding a suitable habitat that is worth while ;)

Why not try a place like Vernon Crookes down near Park Rynie? Its only 20 mins away Jen.
