Hi guys. Sorry to do this, but for various reasons, the show is to be postponed till September.

Byron, this makes sense to me. What with the World Cup and it's road closures etc.
2 months is not such a big deal, it is also nice that we have 2 shows in the beginning half of the year and now one in the second half of the year. Maybe you could even make the Durban Expo in October.

The Exo Terra show is in the 2nd half of the year. So this would make it 2 as well. lol

Byron, I am actually very happy about the change. It's warmer in September! Please make it the weekend of the 25th & 26th September. Then I can drive down with my kids. haha

I am sure Byron will accomodate you BB. Having 2 shows in each half of the year can only be good.

Yes, that's right BB. Sorry to give you guys the incorrect info. I just got confirmation from Byron that it is indeed postponed.

Indeed, it is sadly true. The show is to be postponed, once again. The two biggest shops in KZN are unable to do it this year due to various reasons and felt it would be better to do it next season. It is sad as many private breeders were keen but would be unable to carry a decent expo on their own.
I see that Hunter1 is planning one over the Easter weekend next year as well. This means I probably shift mine to June or July 2011.
My apologies to everybody for any inconvenience caused.

There is nothing wrong with 2 KZN Expo's next year.

Just imagine Expo's to run concurrently, what with Gauteng etc. in the mix. Expo's in March, April, May and June sounds awesome, not much excuses we can then offer for not getting our hatchlings etc. sold.
