I'm looking for a good snake bite protocol for white lip tree vipers, cant find any good ones i have been looking everywhere and all help would be much appreciated.

I think the best protocol is DON'T GET BITTEN!! Haha. Good luck finding one :)

Lea, best advice one can get given.

There are a number of keepers on the Forum that keep this species, so I am sure someone must be able to help.
It is better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On.

The snake bite protocol does not help you if the mainstay of any serious bite is the use of antivenom which is not available in South Africa.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

thanks guys i know the golden rule in hots don't get bitten but you never know, rather safe then sorry. i have a protocol but its very out dated and i just looking if any one has something that's a bit more upgraded.
