Herpetological Associations

Postby Kev » Sun Jul 31, 2011 8:34 pm

I would like to join a herp association, just not sure on witch one to join.
I know the THA have a monthly meeting and it sounds like the best option but it's just a little far.
I am in the East Rand so the East Rand Herp Association is a bit closer, but they don't seem to do much with regards to monthly talks or at least that I know about.

Any sugestions?

Join all of them and get the best of both worlds.

Hi Kev

We have a couple of east rand guys tracking through every month but it is a bit far. Why not try and find out about the EHA, maybe you can help blow some live into it.

Regards
Cornelius

I have bin in contact with Jens from ERHA he tells me the guys do get together for outings and things so I will be joining them,
I will also be making an effort to go through to meetings from the other associations. I don’t mind the distance every now and then.
