Just thought I'd share this link with all interested in reptile morphology and anatony:
http://www.digimorph.org/
The site is not reptile-specific and also show numerous other naimsl incl. inverts, fish, mammals, amphibians etc.
I just love checking out CT slices through animals skuls, or digital skeletons etc.
Here are a few screenshots to get the blood flowing:
Vertical CT slice of Gila Monster
Digital skull of Gila Monster
Digital skeleton of Kingsnake in egg
Horizontal CT slice of Kingsnake in egg
Horizontal CT slice of Burmese Python skull (check out those teeth!!!!!)
And this is just a small taste of what the site can do and the species available to view. Believe me, you'll spend hours on there checking out animals, including humans, dogs, cats, scorpions, kingfisher etc.
Enjoy!
