Hi, i keep them cooler and feed them very sparingly apart from a month or two before breeding trials. I also do not consider any Diamond ready to breed until at least 4 years of age minimum. Basically i practise "gentle neglect" and they seem to thrive on it. I have had large fertile clutches for the past three seasons and it works for me and my animals. Also i feed small meals that hardly leave a bulge . Mickey.
