red rump concerns

Hi i have a mexican red rump sling (1.5-2cm) but i have 2 questions
1).there is a big black spot on its abdomen is this bad?
2).she/he has a unuassual sized abdomen have i maybe over fed him?
Oh and another thing
I think my G.pulchripes is in premolt how long after the molt must i wait to feed "misty"

The black spot is fine, part of coloration.
You cant over feed a spider, he wont eat if he isnt hungry.
Feed 5 days after molt.
Dont bite, strike!!!!

Why would the abdomen be so big only been lately is it because i upsized the cricket?
