Rhino viper Bitis nasicornis pictures

A few pictures to share of the male Rhino viper I keep. Isn’t he just stunning!

Following an afternoon rain shower I decided to take him for a for a slither outside.

Really stunning. The world's prettiest Bitis. Too many people tend to confuse stunning with rare these days. That animal is stunning.

Such a beautiful snake! One of my top 3.
I can't believe these guys can remain hidden in the bush with such bright and amazing colours. It's like a natural hybrid.

Thanks all, but the snakes last keeper told me that this specimen was originally from Uganda. All the wildlife I catch here in Angola is also released in Angola.

Yes - on your little planet it is. Why don't you move on to the world of entomology. There is so much more unfinished work there that's begging for your assistance and I'm sure scientists in that field would be happy to have your input. Scientists in this field seem by comparison to be so ... crabby!
