Giant African Land Snails Eggs

Giant African Land Snails Eggs

Postby gekosin » Mon Jan 27, 2014 8:59 pm

Hi All,

So we discovered that our 4 GALS have laid eggs recently, do i just leave them as they are or should i try move them and incubate them?

Have not found much info on the net regarding this so any advice would be great.

Thanks

Hey man

I haven't bred these, but here's a nice PDF regarding one method of egg incubation:

http://www.m.elewa.org/JAPS/2011/10.1/3.pdf

And here's another PDF regarding large scale farming of this species, but there are a few sections on incubation of eggs:

Good luck
