Is anybody breeding these cobras ? If so is there market for this ? I dont plan on breeding im just purely curious.

Well I'm busy looking for a adult pair.
They are relativity cheap, I've seen adult pairs sell for R1500-R2000.
I'm not sure if there will be a market for them, but they are very interesting snakes regardless.

I do agree with you. I really do like them. I know of a place who has an adult pair but 1200 each seems steep.
