Hi guys,
This might be a dumb question, but how necessary is it getting a Temperature Controller for a heat pad?
reptile wrote:Depends, if you want to simulate the animals environment really good, and breed the reptile, then it is pretty necessary. Also if you are planning to get more, and make a rack system, I would recommend getting one. The snake can live without it, but if you have one, it is always better.

In my opinion the R400 you spend on a Thermostat is one of the most crucial purchases you make when getting any reptile pet. If you search for "thermostat" on the forum you will get loads of topics where the importance of it is highlighted.
One snake or 100, get a thermostat.
