Help with ATB please

Hi guys,

I need some help with my female ATB please, a month or so ago she regurged 3 meals in a row, all of which was given at least 10 days apart, the fourth meal she kept in, now she has some sort of bumps along her spine under her skin, can anyone tell me what it is? I am quite worried, please advise if this is serious and what I can do? She is still very alert and active although she seems a bit thin, she drinks water at least twice a week that I can see, her temps is steady at about 30 degrees on the warm side, humidity varies from 70% - 90%.

Any advise will be much appreciated.

I can't say I've ever seen anything like that.
My best guess is internal parasites or some form of illness.
I would advise taking it to a vet.

Thanks predator, first time I'm seeing this as well. I have had her at a vet, we started with Panacur course and gave her some introboost last week, she did not want to eat over the weekend though, would this be because of the meds? She took the pinky, but didnt eat it.

Can't say I'm afraid. Could just be from being sick, or being stressed out by whatever is causing this.

I've seen this in young Amazon's before.
Usually with snakes they never fed from birth and subsequently died weeks/months later.

The regurge issues could be a combination of a few things though:
Temperature
Humidity
Excessive prey size.

Temps is at 30degrees on the warm side, humidity always between 70% and 90%, prey I doubt is to big as the breeder fed rat pups and I'm only feeding mouse pinks, I have tried the smallest I could get as well.

I have no idea with snake health issues but im juat taking a shot in the dark here as ive seen one snake with a few bumps like that and completely unrelated my maincoon a while back had a bump on his neck and in both cases it turned out to be a absys under the skin which had to be drained...but the vet you took her to should know what he/she is doing....i hope the your snake gets well

I have rescued a herald from our cat, and it had bumps that looked very identical. They turned out to be broken ribs.

Can't say I've seen this either. It does not look good though. :-(

Did the vet take a blood sample, and if so, what were the results?

Make sure she is quarantined from your other animals, just in case. Disinfect any and all shared tools.

You may want consider tube feeding her a mix of fluids, food, and vitamins, just to get *some* calories into her...meds can be done at the same time. This is tricky, so I recommend it be done by an experienced hand. But it will buy her some time while they figure out what this is.
