Puffs again

Puffs again

Postby Southernprints » Mon Apr 20, 2015 2:32 pm

Warm dry late Autumn day at the Southernmost and came across these two Puff adders this morning. Watched them for a while and both were of a nice size. One had darker browns while the other was almost peach coloured on the head and body. I have tried to include a pic of the tails as in a last post it was explained to me that they last pics were of males so I am curious to know if this would be males again. Gorgeous snakes!

Yip those look like males to me too.

Beautiful - the male puffies seem to be a lot more active than the females ito cruising their home ranges.
