Oh my goodness, they are beautiful! Makes me want to get one even though we aren't allowed to have them here. I'll be good though!

That is very nice male. Is he a red sandfire? The one baby has a faint pinkish tinge to him. Alot of my babies look like that. The male I used was also a sandfire yellow. So I am wondering, since I can't find info on this anywhere, do they change from the apparent normal babies into the beautiful sandfires or are sandfires born very red or yellow? Do u know? Is your male a sandfire and did u use a sandfire female?

Hey Firefly, The male is a friends(Sandfire) as i got my 2 babies for FREE :lol: the female is a normal so i wonder what the babies will look like when older. He has bred 2 Sandfires before and says the baies looked the same as this one pinkish one and only changed when it was older, i dont know though, im not too sure :)

I dont think that they are allowed in Cape Town. They definately are not allowed here in Port Elizabeth!
