In my experiences with this species this is usually a sign of worms. The worms actually get stuck in the tear duct of the eyes and then the eyes swell up. Try asking the doctor/vet to inject him with Ivermectin but the dosage is very very small so he must dilute it and then inject it in the front half of the body. Usually this kills the worms and then the eyes drain by themselves.

I would take it to a doctor/vet in any case.

i also dont know much about medicine but he might need some antibiotics to stop the eyes getting infected(more infected).
this happens alot to wild caught snakes but i dont know why the problem only starts to show once their transported to foreign countries.
the swelling could have happened overnight ,or over a few weeks. what happens to the eye is sometimes a ripped retina or totall loss of the eye. - best to keep him in a sterile enviroment for a while( a container with newspaper)

ive never seen the results of treatment but b viper knows his stuff-let us now how it goes
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

Always sad to see your animal fall victom to something like this. At least he's eating, you don't want to try more than one treatment at a time and shock his system to the point he stops eating. But take him to a reputable vet in your area and mention the recommendations mentioned here, maybe even the reptile guru at a reputable zoo in your area who might point you in the right direction. Holding thumbs for you.

Xerophak,
You must also pin the snake and check inside its mouth. From my experience this sometimes comes with stomatitis and /or mouth parasites

Cheers,
Al

I can't be of assistance, but I do wish you luck. Hope she makes a full recovery from whatever ailment she has.
