Very stunning blacktail and awesome pictigaster. Favorites of mine! Are many people breeding pictigaster? CB specimens seem hard to come across in my surfing forays. I only know of Mardi Snipes to regularly breed them.

I have bred them off and on for 20 years.No not many are able to aquire true locality specimens alot of ingrades out there.Also they only have 1 or 2 large babies so not many come available .

Yes the pics do not do them justice I am sure. Do you catch intergrades or are you referring to in the hobby? If they only have a few babies why are they not more sought after (like Timbers rattlers for example).

What I mean is alot of ingrades are bred in captivity .They are very sought after here .That is hot sause .I think.It had food in it until we found the snake.

In the usa timbers are a common and cheap snake to buy .Pictigaster is around the same range as lepidus in price not high dollar but not as cheap as a timber.Timbers cost 35 to 75 and pics and leps 125 to 250.
