TUB PROJECT

TUB PROJECT

Postby BrianChamier » Fri Dec 13, 2013 8:53 am

Hi Guys,

I am looking at getting some tubs made. I am looking at 2 sizes for now.
Based on the FB-10 and the FB-70. I am so tired of looking around for the perfect tubs in SA and importing
the right tub is such a ball ache.

Will keep you guys up to date with this project, unless some one is already doing this the drop me a mail.

Enjoy
Brian

Well its not as easy as that, but will be having the mold made and the molding the tubs. It is costly to set up but I will be distributing them too, if all goes to plan.

What wall thickness are you planning to use?
Also will they be Polypropylene?

I will be looking at about 3mm wall thickness and using HDPE.

I believe these sizes will be produced in Johannesburg next year. There is someone who has bought a machine just to produce the tubs.

Ok cool.

I will be going ahead with this project if I get the orders I need.

The tubs will be interchangeable with the FB racks and I will be going with the FB-70 size first.
Price list:
1-99 R 160ea
100-499 R 150ea
500-999 R 140ea
1000-3199 R 130ea
3200 + R 100ea

I can only do a run at 2000 so if you wish to place an order please send me a PM and I will inform you when I reach the 2000 unit mark.

Thank you Brian.
