What is it? Looking for a leopard gecko would be different than for a carpet python.

Look everywhere. Even if you think there is no way she could be there. Snakes are masters of hiding, which may be a good thing as they don't normally get to far. Just keep looking and eventually you should find her. Don't be surprised if you only spot her a few weeks from now either.

Depending on its size, you could try cutting a small opening in a container, barely enough for it to fit through, and place a large prey item inside. The hope is that the snake eats it and then can't fit through the hole to get back out.

Being a species with pit organs and our current weather conditions, providing a few heated hide spots could lure her in.

Just make sure you check this more than once a day, the snake can get injured or die if stuck like this.

Check the cage again, sometimes they fit in behind or even in a light fitting or somewhere and you think they got out.
Also, Rainbow Boas can dehydrate very quickly so put a few bowls with water all over the room. They dehydrate even with water if not enough humidity when small though. How old is she?

If you have a washing basket... check that. Found that they love the warm clothes.

LOL my wife has found one of my escapees there too, might add she wasn't impressed(Ophidiophobia)

Will also add when my first pet snake escaped the first time I found him curled up inside my cd player, the second time inside a model Ferrari...
