Re: Bradypodion thamnobates - Natal Midlands Dwarf Chameleon

They are brilliant little dinosaurs.

Their gular crests look very reduced or are they just juveniles ?

Re: First Herping Trip of the Season (with a lifer)

Well done, that is a spectacular find. Thanks for sharing.

Do you have more photos of the Transvaal Girdled Lizard ? It looks more like a Crag Lizard.

Re: Heat Pad Placement

The sides will be fine, it's safer too.

To prove a heterozygous gene you need to breed it to a an animal that is known to be heterozygous for the same gene.

Re: Common Barking Geckos

One of my all-time favourites even though I've never seen it, despite it being such a common species.
Beautiful photographs too. Do they prefer coarse or fine grained sand ?

Re: Limpopo field herping 2015-2016 season - Saurians

Thanks Ryan. Yes that's it, and if I'm not mistaken H. arnoldi is restricted to the more northern parts of Limpopo.

It is a special gecko indeed Fooble. I enjoy Lygodactylus in general and I'm particularly fond of stevensoni.

dasie, the snakes are coming ;)
