Re: Engagement present!

No complaints from me!Except that I was planning to keep your shorter Pythons and Boas, but I love his temperament and a massive snake will always be impressive...So I am glad she threw me into the deep end!

Re: March Expo 2014

I picked up 2x Blood Pythons (Python brongersmai ) from Bjorn. Also got a tiny Columbian Rainbow Boa (Epicrates maurus) for my dad, from Creatures and Critters. And my fiance convinced me to get a Chinchilla!!!Most interesting warm-blooded creature I've seen in quite a while. My favorite stand was d...

And does Pink Toes include all Avicularia spp.(all refered to as some or other Pink Toe) or will it just be Avicularia avicularia (Common Pink Toe)?

Re: Spider ID?

That's an interesting one-looks like a Burrowing Spider to me...Could be wrong though-especially because it was found in your bed. Maybe the rare Duvet-Burrowing Spider... ;)

Re: Please Identify this Tarantula

As far as ID goes- the colour is not great in the photo so it could just as easily be Harpactira-which is definitely illegal to keep. What is the size of the Baboon?

Re: Please Identify this Tarantula

Except if it is Harpactirella, they are not prohibited. For example, Harpactirella overdijki are bred and sold in the hobby.

Re: My GTP

Thanks Michael! I am holding thumbs for the mite phase colours to stay but I refuse to get overly excited by it. As you know, with GTP's you could wake up the next morning and the interesting colours are gone....

Re: My GTP

That 2nd to last pic is a bit misleading Leon. I think with my hand being further back it makes her appear bigger. The last one is a bit better to judge the size...Saying that- I am slimming her down a bit. A GTP is made to be a slim, agile little monster and I plan to keep her that way...
