Re: Gravid Or Proper Ovulation

I am going to try and post a pic taken about 3 weeks ago.
Photobucket however, seems to have become problematic lately.
Is there another method that I can use to post pics.
Photobucket want me to pay.

Re: December SOS Expo

I will be exhibiting at the 16th December Expo at Emperors Palace. I will have some hatchling, yearling and sub-adult Ball Pythons there, with an adult proven breeder or three. On the stand will also be some Colubrids as in Kings and Corns. There is an outside chance that I may have some hatchling C...

New For The Estate

I got called out to a small snake in a swimming pool. I arrive to find a Black Headed Centipede Eater, this is a first not only for me, but also for the Estate. I have never caught or seen one in the 11 years I have worked here. They are classified as being mildly venomous, but their venom is not kn...

Gravid Or Proper Ovulation

A bit of an explanation and build up to the question. During June/July 2018 my female Dumeril never ate for about 5/6 weeks. On 23rd July 2018, I saw what I presumed to be an ovulation, taking in the amount of time since last meal. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii33/rolandslf/Dumeril%2028%20Jul...

Nice Surprise

So I collected a pair of BP's at the Expo. Thanks Con, I am extremely chuffed with them. Thanks Heidi, for helping out so I could get them. They are as follows; 1.0 Pastave and 0.1 Pastel Enchi. They had been 2 days in the transport bags, so I decided after checking whether it would be okay, housed ...

Re: GTP eggs

Give them 48 hours to come out on their own. Thereafter, for those that are not out, make the slits larger.
Just be very careful not to nick/cut one of the babies.

Post pics of the babies.
Well Done so far.

Re: Opinions Required

Good Morning Westley

It still smelt fresh, no bad odour at all.
I doubt however that it would have survived much longer, it was at day 61 or so, and still in the very beginning stages of growth.
The egg had also crumpled to half its size.

This was interesting indeed.
