Heating and lighting Exo Terra for ATB

Hi Guys,

I got a Exo Terra 90x45x60 cm (LxDxH). I want to rig it for a ATB. What Lighting would be best? do they need UVB? I was looking
at the Exo Terra light unit for this tank but it will work out to over R2000 with bulbs?

What heating for this sixe tank? Infra red, Ceramic or panel heater? What wattages and how many?
