Please ID

Found in house on farm near Pongola, Northern KZN. We have recently visited southern Mozambique and possiblitiy it made its way into luggage or vehicle

Hey there

That's a MArbeld Tree Snake, Dipsadoboa aulica. They are mildly venomous, but generally considered harmless.

They are actually quite rare, so I suggest release him in the garden and enjoy him. Who knows, maybe he'll stick around.
