Kosibay/Hluhluwe - Last Trip for a While [Image Heavy]

I decided to get out more shoot more photo's.
Nick and Myself Headed out the other day for a couple actually.

Some photo's , some snakes and some good times.
This is almost more so an editorial with a collection of images than just the animals we encountered along the way.
It's interesting what you can achieve by looking at the smaller things and giving them some attention.

Arriving in the dark has it's perks about 100 meters from the Mozambique Border.

Awesome post man, although a bit morbid with all the DORs, especially that last cat!

I had always wondered where Dipsidaboa got heir name from, but with your pictures one can clearly see the apparent fragmented head scales. Of course they do not have fragmented head scales, but the colouration sure makes it look that way.

I have only been to northern KZN once, and this post makes me think I need to make a plan to get our there again!

Thanks for the replies guys.

DOR's are all part of the trips i've discovered shouldn't let animals die in vain...i guess.
Forests are relatively common in the area and can been seen and often heard moving around in the costal bush but getting hold of them usually is another story.

Wes Northern KZN is great especially coming from your side of the world.

Fantastic photos that represent the area so well.
