CHAMELEON HELP!!

Hi everyone,

We were away for the holidays and got a guy looking after all my reptiles, so when we got back yesterday i saw that my veiled chameleon is in bad shape.

Symptoms:

Very skinny
Looks like a burn on her back
She is staying on the low branches in her tank

So my question is what should I do, should i put her in a quarantine tank or not and if how must the quarantine tank look like?
At the moment i have got her in a 60x30x30 terrarium
