Postby rare mambas limpopo » Tue Feb 08, 2011 12:02 pm

Good day, I have found a rare black mamba, an I was wondering if there is a institute or something where we can register this WHITE MOUTH BLACK MAMBA!

Please do post some pictures.

Sounds interesting. What colour is the body?

Can you post more pics of the whole body? That is rather unusual.

Lol, you made me imagine Black Mambas were as popular as corn snakes in the pet trade and there were all different color morphs!

As far a I know the rest of theis mamba's body is normal colouration for black mamba's, just the mouth that is white.

OK ! but what would cause a Mamba's mouth to come out white? Or would this happen to be one of those once in a blue moon incidents, sort of like an Albino but not quite ?

My appologies but this is fascinating to say the least.
