It wont be a problem that I will probably be the youngest guy there? Im 14, but my parents approve of me going on the course.

Hi kfc, probably wouldnt be a problem, but as I don't see 10 people interested I don't think this will happen.

If you guys don't come right and can't find 10 people you could always drive to Oudtshoorn and do Dr. Tony Phelps' course, its closer. But surely there must be at least 10 people interested?

Nice thought, but I only do snake awareness, ID, first aid, and handling course (2 days) plus the field study courses.
In fact I do not keep any reptiles now.

Just a suggestion but after dealing with a lot of reptile guys here in cape town, a lot don't even know about ths forum and i have told them about it :D but why dont you try advertising it on gumtree and maybe then see what the responses are like there.
Just a suggestion
Are you only dealing with snakes in the course? Sorry if i missed this part but didnt see anything but i get alot of questions about chameleons and other reptiles but only have crested geckos, so if you are then count me in
1.1.0 Corn snakes (Elaphe guttata)
2.0.1 Crested gecko (Rhacodactylus ciliatus)

Hi, this is BV's course I tried to get to Cape Town. So any questions can be directed to him. Unfortunately not enough response. I'm going to try get an experienced breeder here to teach me some of these things I need to know rather.

Pieter,

Send me your e-mail address to info@reptileexpo.co.za and we can start putting together a course. People need to get a gentle nudge in order to commit. ;)
