Question about breeding.

Postby Kennyakagera » Fri Mar 30, 2012 7:38 am

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if it would be possible that 2 differente species BUT the same genius could bring together ? I mean for example a Philothamnus semivariegatus with a P.angolensis?
Because i'm pretty sur that the to python species where they overlaps do interbreeding (natalensis and sebae) ?
Would that be possible ? And if yes would be the eggs fertile or like with mamals make the next generation infertile ?

Cheers
