Crestie problems

Postby shirley1976 » Sun Jul 13, 2014 1:41 pm

I have jad my crestie for a year now, all of a sudden she is experiancing shedding problems and also has developed a slack lower jaw, her calcium glands are white, I did have a problem keeping heat and humidity and heat up so have moved her to a smaller container and covered it, now heat is on 24 and humidity 88 and I am having to force feed her baby fod which I have loaded with suppliments and immune boosters, is there any jope I can save her. She is a chocolate dalmation, but a rare morph and I dont want to loose her, any ideas please, this developed so quickly.

My best advice would be get the crestie to a reptile vet. I have not experienced any health issues with mine but wish you the best of luck! If you are in JHB - east rand area the Terrace Road Vet should be able to assist you.
