Where to get a permit for bearded dragons

I live in Grahamstown and really want to get a beardie. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to get a permit? Many thanks

You need to buy the beardie from some that has a permitted animal, then you apply for a transport permit from him to you.
Once you have the transport permit and the beardie apply for a captivity permit.
