The person to answer your question theoretically the best would be Morne (Docmorie).
Those bubbles is called lymphatic storage sacks if i remember correctly, it swells up when the available nutrients is too much for the metabolic rate of the gecko, make sure the temps is correct and even raise it by 1-2 C' to speed up the metabolic rate and feed a little less or smaller meals until it disappears. Not a big concern for the moment being but if let alone it could cause problems later on.
