Jisso you laney man :) nice collection
If I'm gonna be an old, lonely man, I'm gonna need a thing, you know, a hook, like that guy on the subway who eats his own face. So I figure I'll be Crazy Man with a Snake, y'know. Crazy Snake Man. And I'll get more snakes, call them my babies, kids won't walk past my place, they will run. "Run away from Crazy Snake Man, " they'll shout!”

Thanks guys! The Naja nigricollis is a favourite of mine as well. She shed today and her head finally has that black sheen that I was hoping for.

Uwe, if you're willing to make the trip to Hazyview, Perry's Bridge Reptile Park has/had the Naja kaouthia for sale at R500ea! Luckily my family and I had planned a trip to Kruger during and the park wasn't too far from one of the gates. I took (in my opinion) the best looking het albino and the last two albinos, one of which is with a friend of mine. It was just meant to be I guess, haha.

Mamba no 5, these are the only pictures I have. I haven't exactly been successful in terms of photographing her in her bad moods. She chooses to flee most of the time so she only hoods for a few seconds.

I'm sure most of us will agree when she does decide to hood, its certainly an impressive sight!
