Carpet Pythons

Postby Mitton » Sat Dec 29, 2007 11:13 pm

My Carpets both shed on the same day and I thought I would post some pics of their color change.

The female, she is not yet as bright as the male, especially towards the tail but I am sure she will get much brighter. I also like the stripe on her.

The male, he ate a mouse then started shedding.

Yeah, they are Jungles that I got from Gavin and Chantel, about 1 year old.
They are just the coolest snakes ever, every night about 5 minutes after the light in their cage goes out they come out and move all around their cage. The cage is in my lounge so I can see them with the lounge lights.

Wow! That male is one of the prettiest I've seen.

Everytime I see your male carpet he is more beautiful than the previous time. The female is also becoming a real looker

They are getting better and better. The worst is that he is not going to stop. At 2 years old you should have an idea of what he will turn out to be. I cannot wait.
